- Proposal for the most convenient task, considering the possibility of using measurements of the operating parameters of the equipment and the economic cost associated with both the task and the cost of the fault that would occur if the tasks is not performed.
- Analysis of the level of maintenance and knowledge of the staff responsible for carrying out each task
- Determination of relevant operating parameters of the system, and measurement systems that allow them to know the health status of the equipment. It may propose a redesign of the equipment allowing to include in the structure different sensors and measuring instruments and control, or determine which test equipment can be used to control the operation of the equipment.
RCM – LORA
This study allows the assignment of tasks to minimize the effects of failures occurring on system or preventing them. Through this module, we can also identify what level of maintenance must make each of the above tasks.
The assignment of different tasks of maintenance will always made prioritizing those that take into account the health of the equipment, so it do will not fall in an over-maintenance, in our desire to avoid the appearance of failure.
For this will attempt to base the maintenance tasks that are defined in measurements obtained by sensors (whether it installed on the equipment or through planned inspection and test).
